Size : 18 mm x 90 mm / 120 mm x 450 mm - 1200 mm Grade A : Select and Better Grade ( one face clear) : sapfree and not allowing phloem, black streak / spot, pinhole, worm hole, decay, blue stain, undersize, bending, twisting, bowing, cupping, serious colour variation, dead / unsound knot and other visible defects. Grade B : We can accept material with max 50% of sapwood on a board, scattered pinholes not more than 10, light blue stain, sound knots but no other defects allowed. Grade C : Apart from the defects in B grade above, we can accept dead / unsound knots not more than 10mm in diameter and cannot penetrate thru the board. Mahoni the density must be min 500kg/ M³ , average 580kg/ M³ & above. Acacia the density must be min 600kg/ M³ , average 680kg/ M³ & above. The composition of ABC grade is 4 : 4 : 2 ( 40% / 40% / 20% ) MC : 12 % ( best is below 10% ) Must provide V-Legal certificate or Legality Verification System Certificate ( SVLK ) Price : CNF Shanghai & subject to final inspection of the quality of the material.
